Prices and Payment
1. Every effort has been made to ensure that prices and product details are correct at the time of publishing this website. We reserve the right to make product changes, price changes and improvements during the validity period of the website.
2. Prices of products displayed are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The products will be dispatched from us by the next working day after confirming your order and receipt of payment.
3. International Customers
We can ship our products to you via DHL, Fedex and UPS and the choice of registered air parcel for the products. Just write to us for the products you wish to purchase and we will give you the quotation, complete with delivery charges (in USD) according to the country where you reside. We will send you an email invoice which you can pay with your credit card, and we also accept payment through paypal.
Delivery Service
1. Shipping charges within West Malaysia for purchases less than RM99.00 incurs a payment of RM5 for courier fee. Delivery for purchases at or above RM99.00 is free of charge.
2. For shipping charges to East Malaysia (Sarawak & Sabah), kindly contact us for the shipping rate at : naturenutrients.com@gmail.com.
Estimated Delivery Period
The products will be dispatched from us by the next working day after confirming your order and receipt of payment. West Malaysia is within 3 days, and East Malaysia is within 7 days. International delivery is depended on the choice of delivery methods, and we will inform our customers via email.
Cancellation of Orders / Delivery
1. Cancellation of order must be notified via email within 24hours of order.
2. If our product is out of stock, we will automatically cancel the order and inform customers within 24 hours via email. All payment received will be refunded.
